We are in such internationalized environment... Havent you noticed? Wake up!! What if I borrow money from friends all over the world? What if I owe Buddy-A 30USD, Buddy-B 50EUR and Buddy-C 8,000JPY? This app makes it impossible to select more than one currency at a time... Now I am using another free Lending manager that enables multiple currency selection on the same list, not like this one. I guess you now owe me 1.99USD...
Wow, beautiful. Im a rather adventuresome guy. Meaning Im often out with my friends, to sport events, clubs, bars or just strolling around. It happens way too often that I dont have enough money with me to buy small things drinks, food or the one or other book. I usually remembered this by saving it as a note on my iPhone, but over time this grew cumbersome. I wanted some sort of grand overview, and in addition to that all the other notes I made through the week usually cluttered my list. And I wanted an easy seperation of things I lend to someone and things I lend from someone. So this OweMe thing here is just what Ive been looking for. It looks gorgeous, its a joy to use, its really fast so it doesnt take me a long time to enter a quick entry. And its just for managing money, which is a real benefit in my eyes. The list isnt cluttered with other stuff I lend or owe, just finance stuff. Jacks-of-all-trades usually try to do everything and do nothing right, this little app here just does one thing, and does it right. Glad, I bought it. Works as advertised, I like it a lot.
Nice format but doesnt really do much your regular notes app cant handle. It would get much more stars if it had deduction capability, where it allowed you to put in partial payments and then automatically calculated the new balance for you. Dont really use this app much because of that reason. Wish theyd add that on. At this point I dont suggest you waste your money.
I really like the program, and I agree it needs to stay simple but there are a couple of simple upgrades I would really like to see, first the option in the settings to hid the badge showing the number of entries in the app icon. Second to show the end balance (what I get minus what I owe) somewhere
